How can I book the vehicle?
The booking can be done very easily and quickly. You are making the booking directly with the dealer. You enter your desired location and the booking period and you will be shown all available models ready to be booked. The display will show you both the vehicle’s details and the contact details of the dealer where the vehicle is located.
How can I change my booking?
The adjustment of a booking can be made by your dealer. You can find their contact details under the personal booking details in your account and in the email with your booking confirmation.
How can I cancel my booking?
If you change your mind, your booking can be cancelled online via your account. In the booking overview, you can call-up the rental you booked and cancel it. Alternatively, you can call your dealer and cancel the booking by telephone.
Is Leasys Rent available for business customers?
Yes, we welcome both consumer and business customers.
Are there any other costs?
These are at the discretion of your dealer. Additional costs may apply in case of excess mileage or late return of the rented vehicle as stated in the rental condition signed at the dealership.
Where can I find the general rental conditions?

Can I have another driver entered in the rental agreement?
You may arrange this directly with your dealer.
Am I allowed to go abroad with the rental car?
No, mainland UK only except with the express permission of your dealer and / or insurer.
When can the vehicle be picked up and returned?
This should be arranged directly with your dealer. Usually, the rented vehicle can only be picked up / returned within their opening hours. If the vehicle is not returned at the agreed location and time, the dealer may charge a usage fee according the rental conditions you received.
What documents do you need for the rental?
Usually, you are obliged to present the following documents when collecting the vehicle:
A valid driving license
A valid means of payment, e.g. credit / debit card
If you cannot present these documents when the vehicle is collected, then the vehicle cannot be rented.
Which payment options are available?
You can check with your selected dealer on the available payment options.
What happens if I have to make a claim?
Please refer to the information pack received from your dealer because they will arrange the insurance. You are usually obliged to notify the police promptly in the event of an accident.
Can I smoke in the vehicles?
No. Smoking is not permitted in the vehicles.
